"Smooth Rental Process"
Applying for a rental house, Carl was smooth, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend to any Landlord’s looking to have their property managed.
"The Best Property Management Experience in Australia"
As a current tenant of Haven Estate Agents, they are by far the best Agents I have dealt with in Australia. They are very accommodating & easily contactable via text/email/phone and response time amazingly fast. They really care about their tenants as well as their landlords. Haven manages my rental and they put in tremendous effort and make time as if they owned the properties themselves. If I go to rent again in the future I would rent through Haven with pleasure or with future investment properties, I would let Haven manage my rentals without hesitation.
"Responsive and Easy to Deal With"
Awesome agency to deal with. I have been with Carl for 2 years as a tenant, nothing was ever a drama, and he always returned / answered my phone calls. If I owned a property that needed to be managed, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact this team. Thank you, gentlemen!
